Who Are We?

We're Khyra and Cody - movement instructors, hiking guides and co-founders of Wildland Guiding Company.

 

Khyra is an experienced, dedicated yoga teacher and outdoor enthusiast. She is a 200-hour certified Vinyasa Flow yoga teacher and is working toward her 500-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, focusing on Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Trauma-Informed Yoga to further her education and better support her students. 

 

Cody is an outdoor enthusiast and Level 1 Crossfit Coach. He has years of coaching experience, both private and public, adapting sessions to a wide variety of backgrounds and fitness levels. He finds purpose in guiding his clients through workouts and helping them connect with their breath, leaving them feeling empowered.

Can I start after January 1st?

Absolutely. While the program launches on January 1st, you can begin whenever it fits your schedule. On a Tuesday, in April… seriously, whenever it works for you! This is not meant to be a “resolutions” program but rather 30 consecutive days of movement allowing you to integrate movement into your life. Start any time of the year.

Do I need any equipment?

No! All workouts and yoga practices are designed to be equipment-free, using body weight and common household items if needed. However, we recommend a yoga mat or any other mat that will be slip-resistant for the sessions.

What if I’m a beginner?

This program is suitable for all levels, with modifications provided for beginners and those looking for a challenge.

How do I access the videos?

Once you purchase the program, you’ll receive an email with access instructions for our online video platform. You can watch the videos on your phone, tablet or computer.

Can I do both the workout and yoga programs?

Yes, definitely. We highly recommend combining strength and mobility for daily movement. You can purchase one program for $30 or both programs together for $45. That’s buy one, get one half off!

Are the videos live?

No, all videos are pre-recorded so you can watch them at your convenience. We designed the program for people who lead busy lives - for people who work, for parents, for people like ourselves wanting a more consistent way to build movement into our daily lives. 

What's the cancellation policy?
